Service Agreement
By engaging Webit, you agree to these terms. We provide done-for-you AI systems including websites with built-in AI chatbot, AI receptionist, and reputation automation. Services are delivered as described in your proposal and onboarding materials.
Payment Terms
One-time setup fees are due before work begins. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Pricing is outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in paused service until the balance is settled.
Cancellation
Monthly services can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. One-time projects are non-refundable once work has commenced. To cancel, email admin@webit-today.com and we will process your request promptly.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to required accounts, and reasonable cooperation needed to build and maintain your systems. Delays caused by missing information may affect timelines.
Limitation of Liability
Webit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding any claim. We do not guarantee specific business results.
Intellectual Property
Custom builds, content, and configurations created for you become yours once paid in full. Webit retains rights to underlying frameworks, templates, and proprietary tools used across client projects.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Collin County, Texas, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
